hey everyone, i have something to announce: i'm trans.

i use she/they pronouns and have redesigned my sona to reflect my new gender identity. i've known since around november 2020 but these feelings have been lingering for years and i only properly realised recently.

i know that this will probably come as a surprise to certain friends and family who I've never really discussed this stuff with but it's how i feel and have felt for a while now.

i also know i'm most likely making my life harder and more open to discrimination for who i am but if it means i'll get to be comfortable in my skin, then i'll take it in a heartbeat.

hey everyone, hope you're having a good new year. also hope you like my new style. this year i'm gonna take a new approach to posting and making art. in 2021, i'm gonna try and produce a higher quantity of similar quality art. having 20 or so pieces of "great" art is cool and all but i don't wanna waste my time spending hours on art that practically takes me under an hour for almost the same thing.

this doesn't mean that i'm gonna start posting complete crap, it just means that i'll be posting more often, whether it includes posting sketches and wips or just finishing more stuff overall. i also have some other stuff that i hope to work on this year, including a webcomic, consistent youtube videos and finishing high school. so yeah, hope i haven't wasted your time with this thread, and i'll see you soon :)

hi there, slippie here and today i want to properly introduce myself to the newgrounds community. newgrounds and similar websites were big inspirations to me when i was little so actually joining the site is very exciting for me. here are some fun facts about me:

i'm an artist, first and foremost. my page is pretty barren right now but i plan on posting all of my future art and some older pieces on here soon. secondly, i love animation. i grew up with a mix of 2000s and early 2010s shows, looney tunes and late 2000s web animations like animator vs animation, salad fingers and asdfmovie. i hope to one day make my own animated series but for now i'm focused on improving my art with possible short animations here or there. thirdly, i have an interest in music and alternative rock (specifically stuff like radiohead, the strokes and tame impala).

i hope you guys are cool with me on newgrounds and i hope i can make your day :).
